Sarcon Surveys Ltd were established in July 2007, initially to carry out and produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Home Information Packs (HIP's), in line with the Governments carbon emission programme. With the suspension of HIPs in May 2010, Sarcon has looked to adapt and expand into other ventures.

Although EPCs are still at the heart of the company, an additional service of demolition has been added. Sarcon oversee all aspects of managing demolition from inception to completion. We have managed demolition of the Royton Health Centre, Royton, Oldham and at present have won the contract from Oldham Council to demolish a number of properties in the Yorkshire St / Mumps area of Oldham.
